Memory Care Program

As brand manager, one of the most impactful projects I took on was revamping the marketing materials and outreach for our Memory Care Program.

Our Memory Care Program sets us apart from our competitors, therefore I created a multitude of print marketing materials aimed toward showcasing the service.


These increased efforts and improved marketing materials resulted in more memory care resident admissions in Q1 of 2024 than the previous two quarters.

Facility Flyers

Year-round, our facilities host all kinds of events which are advertised internally and locally.

Creating eye-catching designs has helped these events succeed, with some of our philanthropic events setting fundraising records!

Hiring Efforts

With over 40 facilities, most being nursing homes, Aperion has constant employee turnover, which can leave some facilities understaffed.

I created a simplistic yet eye-catching art direction for our hiring and job fair materials which included animated social graphics and flyers.

The improved art style combined with an overhauled advertising strategy has resulted in our Indiana region meeting nearly all of its hiring needs over the last five months.

Five Star Quality Measures Campaign

When facilities receive any sort of five star rating in a quality measure, it is a major milestone within the healthcare industry.

I created a series of animations recognizing the facilities that achieved these measures to be posted on our corporate LinkedIn along with their individual social channels.
