Summary:
Imagine a chain of nursing homes brings you in to interview as a graphic designer, and not even ten minutes in, they realize you're capable of much more and you're now staring at an offer sheet to become corporate brand manager.

Now also imagine a very standardized brand that was stuck in the early 2000's, and it's your job to elevate it in every way possible; print materials, social posts, advertisements, and more. I had to improve the brand visually, and also identity weaknesses in our strategies in order to improve them.

After conducting a SWOT analysis, we determined that we weren't emphasizing services enough that separated us from the competition, and our materials to attract new hires were cluttered and outdated. Two of my standout contributions were the creation of brand new materials to showcase our Memory Care Program, and the creation of hiring flyers and social graphics.
